Salary: Up to £40,404 basic salary, OTE £45,000

Diagnostic Technician

We are looking for a vehicle technician, service technician, auto-mechanic or mechanic. It would be a big plus if you have experience on Stellantis brand products (like Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo). If you don’t have the experience but have a strong interest to learn, we are still interested to speak with you!

• At a minimum, you will need an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2.
• If you have the qualifications but have no work experience yet please do get in touch – we have opportunities available.

• Ensure quality and first-time fixes to delight customers.
• Complete vehicle health checks and highlight issues and opportunities to upsell.
• Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
• Develop skills and knowledge via regular training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
• Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards (where on job requirement).

• £1500 Sign On Bonus from 1st September 2025: £750 upon joining, £250 once accredited Stellantis &You, £500 after 12 months, plus additional efficiency bonus.
