As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll work across backend systems, DevOps pipelines, data engineering, and AI projects, touching multiple products and directly influencing how value is delivered to users. You\'ll have enormous amount of autonomy and project ownership working in a fast paced start up environment.

• Build product-facing AI solutions and collaborate on ML model development, training, and deployment.
• Design and develop scalable backend and full-stack systems with robust APIs and efficient data flows.
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and optimize data storage.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and reliable infrastructure.
• Lead data engineering efforts to support analytics and product enhancements.

• You’re curious, hungry, and driven, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• You know how to balance rapid delivery with robust architecture and quality.

• 1–2+ years of professional software engineering experience (backend, DevOps, or full stack).
• Proficiency in Python and experience building ML-oriented solutions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Right to work in the UK.
