A leading health and care services provider in the UK is seeking a Quality & Safety Trainer. This role involves delivering training to enhance the skills of healthcare professionals, supporting clinical assurance, and managing a dynamic workload with significant hybrid working. The ideal candidate should have a relevant fire safety qualification, teaching credentials, and experience in health and care training.

We are looking for a Quality & Safety Trainer with a passion for work‑based training internally for the organisation, and for our external customers in health and care subject specialisms. This role is 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working from our regional offices, and the requirement of regular national and regional travel.
