A local care authority in England is seeking a dedicated individual to support management in daily care responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess care leadership experience and an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care. This role involves acting as a key worker and ensuring the well-being of residents. A comprehensive training period will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
You will work closely alongside the management team, supporting with the day to day running of shifts.
12-hour shifts: Days with alternate weekends.

You may be a senior carer looking for the next move or a current Shift lead wishing to gain more experience to develop yourself in the future.
With your previous experience in care leadership, and NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (ideal), you\'ll join our team in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
We will offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks "Buddy scheme" too. We will settle you in, there\'s no pressure to "hit the ground running"!
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost.
