A health service organization located in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated team member for medical recruitment support. The role involves ensuring timely administrative processes and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have strong IT skills and experience in customer-focused environments, preferably in recruitment. The position offers a hybrid working model with 80% remote work and 20% on-site responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the medical staffing team. As a member of the medical recruitment team, you will ensure the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.
The post-holder will be based within the Medical Staffing department, working closely with the Medical HR Recruitment Leads and Deputy Medical Staffing Manager to ensure the provision of a professional, high quality, customer-focused medical recruitment service. The team is currently based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% on-site in Maidstone, in accordance with our current hybrid working policy. Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.
The post-holder will support the activities of all of the Trust’s Medical recruitment, ensuring all administrative processes are carried out in a timely manner.
