We're currently searching for Field Support Supervisors to join us in leading our supported living services in Bridgwater, Taunton and Minehead. These services are a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

• Manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, complete medication competencies and medication audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete reports, and assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services.
• Regularly visit services and spend time with the people we support to stay aligned with their needs and progress.
• Take part in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).

• Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
