Overview

Fieldcare Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community service teams. We're currently searching for Field Support Supervisors to join us in leading our supported living services in Bridgwater, Taunton and Minehead. These services are a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, complete medication competencies and medication audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete reports, and assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services.
  • Regularly visit services and spend time with the people we support to stay aligned with their needs and progress.
  • Take part in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
