Job summary
A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for high-spec residential projects across London. The role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with specifications, and overseeing health and safety. Successful candidates must have a proven background in residential construction and the ability to manage multiple sites effectively. This position offers the chance to work on high-end projects in various locations within London.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction.
- Strong background in high-specification residential projects.
- Confident with setting out and checking work to a detailed, high-quality finish.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to run a site with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to travel across multiple London sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure all works are delivered according to specifications.
- Monitor progress against the programme and maintain project momentum.
- Oversee health and safety on site, including inductions and compliance.
- Organise daily workloads and allocate tasks.
- Ensure the project is delivered to the required standard in line with the drawings.
