My client is a leading principal contractor specialising in retail fit-outs across the UK. They work with some of the biggest brands, delivering high-quality projects in fast-paced environments. As they continue to grow, They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you’ll oversee retail fit-out projects nationwide, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the in-house team to maintain their reputation for excellence. You MUST be happy to work away for weeks at a time whilst jobs are live.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail fit-out experience (essential)
• Trade background (essential)
• SMSTS, First Aid, IPAF, PUWER & Fire Marshal certified
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel & work away occasionally
• Ability to manage high-pressure environments & tight deadlines
