About the Company:
One of the largest developers is ever growing and taking on new projects. Our client here at INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to come on board and join their team on a project based in County Kildare that is due to run for a number of years.
This project will consist of 180 units of Timber Frame Housing valued around €80m and are looking the ideal candidate that has 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor.

The Role:
- Coordination and supervision of the construction of new build residential development.
- Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
- Report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers.
- Oversee projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
- Consult with local authorities and clients when required.
- Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
- Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
- Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
- Asist in Material Take offs.
- Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Construction Management or relevant Trade Qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor on new build residential developments form beginning to handover.
- Experience working on timber frame housing is essential.
- Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean driver’s license.
