Qualifications

• Previous experience in a caretaking, facilities, or site management role.
• Strong working knowledge of health and safety regulations, COSHH.
• Ability to carry out minor repairs independently.

• A valid enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

• Oversee maintenance and operation of the school site.
• Carry out health & safety checks and ensure compliance.
