Senior Ecommerce Executive – Myprotein

Reporting to Head of Ecommerce

Location: THG HQ, Manchester (WA15 0AF), Fully office based

At Myprotein, being a Senior Ecommerce Executive means working on the biggest online sports nutrition brand in the world, Myprotein within a dynamic, innovative digital ecosystem. Working with the Head of Ecommerce you’ll have the opportunity to influence and drive the ecommerce strategy for Myprotein. You will be supported by senior leadership, and leverage cutting‑edge tools and insights. • Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and execute ecommerce trading strategies.
• Build and manage trading calendars, ensuring website updates align with sales KPIs.
• Utilise analytics tools to understand the customer journey, optimise performance, and shape strategy.
• Monitor key site metrics such as GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, and traffic performance.
• Strategically plan product launches and promotional campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, ensuring stock forecasts align with sales targets.

• 2+ years of ecommerce experience, with a strong focus on online trading and performance optimisation.
• Proficient in using analytics tools to understand and enhance the customer journey.
• Experience in managing promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ability to analyse and report on site metrics, including GP, Conversion Rate, and AOV.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and with senior leadership.
• Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to calculate and forecast for onsite promotions.
• A proactive, analytical, and strategic approach to problem‑solving.
