We’re seeking a Service and Installation Technician to install, service, and repair our mechanical loading solutions, both on-site in Liverpool and at client locations across the UK and overseas. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, interpret schematics, ensure safety compliance, and provide exceptional service to our valued clients.
- Install and service Joloda Hydraroll systems on-site and at client locations.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to keep systems running efficiently.
- Work from technical drawings and schematics.
- Travel up to 50% of the time (UK and globally).
- Maintain accurate service records and work in line with safety protocols.
- Proven experience in the service and/or installation of large industrial machinery, automation equipment or conveyors.
- NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical discipline or equivalent.
- Proven experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and fitting experience.
- Ability to read technical schematics and follow plans.
- Great team collaboration, reliability, and customer‑focused approach.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Competitive rate: realistic OTE of £38,000 - £40,000 inclusive of basic + overtime.
