A well-established medical company in South Manchester is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor. You will assist with patient and doctor queries, manage phone communications, and undertake administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have previous administration experience, excellent customer service skills, and be IT literate. This role offers an hourly pay rate of £12.53 and is Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00.

Temporary Customer Service / Admin role starting immediately to work for a well-established medical company in South Manchester. This is a temporary position for 4 weeks, paying an hourly rate of £12.53 per hour.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
  • Respond to all queries and requests for appointments from patients, doctors and other medical staff
  • Answer telephone in a polite and efficient manner
  • Deal with enquiries in a timely manner
  • Input all information accurately onto the computer system
  • Problem solving
  • Deal with any administration for the department
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
  • Must have previous Administration experience, and it would be an advantage to have worked within a medical environment
  • Friendly and have proven customer service skills
  • Must be IT literate, have strong customer service and telephone handling skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and multitask
