The Role

We’re seeking a Service and Installation Technician to install, service, and repair our mechanical loading solutions, both on-site in Liverpool and at client locations across the UK and overseas. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, interpret schematics, ensure safety compliance, and provide exceptional service to our valued clients.

What You’ll Do

• Install and service Joloda Hydraroll systems on-site and at client locations.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to keep systems running efficiently.
• Work from technical drawings and schematics.
• Travel up to 50% of the time (UK and globally).
• Maintain accurate service records and work in line with safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in the service and/or installation of large industrial machinery, automation equipment or conveyors.
• NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical discipline or equivalent.
• Proven experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and fitting experience.
• Ability to read technical schematics and follow plans.
• Great team collaboration, reliability, and customer‑focused approach.
• A valid UK driving licence.
