A family-run automotive service provider in Grantham is seeking a dedicated technician for mechanical repairs and servicing of vehicles. - Mechanical repairs, servicing and maintenance of a range of vehicles to a high standard.
- Diagnose faults accurately using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Holds a Vocational NVQ / City & Guilds qualification Level 3 (preferred but not essential) with a minimum of 1+ years of Motor Vehicle experience.
- Is an MOT Tester (preferable but not essential).
- Has a valid full UK driving license (no more than 6 points).
- Has experience in a similar role (desired).
- Can work on their own initiative while being flexible and reliable in their approach.
- Understands the importance of and is enthusiastic about delivering excellent service to our customers.
- Works efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work output.
- Is highly motivated to get the job done and can work well under pressure.
- Is a strong team player, ready to join our dedicated staff to deliver high standards throughout this role.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Hours: 44 hours Monday - Friday including Saturday morning.
- 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays, increasing to 36 days with service.
