This is an exciting opportunity for a Process Technician to join a leading manufacturing company

The role

The role of Process Technician:

  • Operate within the cleanroom environment, ensuring all processes follow safety and quality standards.
  • Support production by responding to process issues, containment events, and out-of-control conditions.
  • Assist with engineering tasks relating to process development, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to increase yield, efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
  • Contribute to the introduction of new processes and technologies with stable and reliable performance.
  • Provide clear communication and handover across shifts to ensure continuity in addressing production priorities.
  • Monitor, update, and present process status to supervisors and engineers.
  • Train operators and fellow technicians on procedures and best practices.
  • Promote a strong safety and environmental culture in line with ISO 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
