MET/Strip & Fit Technician – Up to £23ph + Bonuses

Location: Dorking Area | Family-Run, Manufacturer-Approved Bodyshop

Looking to join a professional, high-quality bodyshop where your skills are valued — and rewarded?

We’re working with a well-respected, family-run manufacturer-accredited bodyshop in the Dorking area, and they’re looking for an experienced and motivated MET Technician to join their growing team.

What’s on Offer

• Up to £23 per hour (depending on experience)
• Quarterly bonus scheme – up to £1,250 every 3 months
• Annual bonus of £3,000

Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (45 hours per week)
• Overtime available for extra earnings

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as an MET Technician in a Bodyshop environment

• Relevant qualifications (IMI, ATA, NVQ, or manufacturer training) desirable
