As the Recruitment & Retention Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our Council's approach to attracting and retaining top talent. Your expertise will enable us to implement innovative strategies that reflect our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce. You will work closely with key stakeholders and lead a dedicated team to ensure our services are customer-focused and effective.
You will report directly to the Head of People Services and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Chief Executive and service directors.
