- Achieve agreed sales targets across existing and new accounts.
- Identify and secure new client partnerships
- Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations that clearly demonstrate value.
- Ensure all client contracts meet or exceed commitments, order values, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to maintain consistent service delivery.
- Identify risks or performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and opportunities.
- Expand networks by engaging with new prospective clients and partners.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
- Act as the trusted point of contact for all client issues and escalations.
- Champion the client voice within the organisation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across operations, finance, marketing, and leadership.
- Proven experience delivering sales targets and developing successful client relationships.
