A dynamic support service organization is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to oversee five Supported Accommodation homes for young people aged 16+. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, provide leadership to Home Managers, and maintain compliance with safeguarding regulations. The role includes operational leadership, managing schedules, and overseeing staff development. Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Service Manager to oversee their Supported Accommodation services for young people aged 16+. This is a key leadership role within a dynamic organisation committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing environments across multiple accommodation settings in South London.
Location: South London
Salary: £48,000 - £54,000 + On-Call Allowance
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
You will be responsible for the operational leadership of five Supported Accommodation homes, ensuring excellence in safeguarding, service delivery, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
You will also provide direct line management to three Home Managers and one Outreach Manager, as well as leading the staff team at one of our homes that does not currently have an appointed manager.
Primary place of work: Their main office (based within one of the homes), with regular weekly visits to all supported accommodation services and occasional work-from-home flexibility.
You will be responsible for managing your own diary in collaboration with the Director.
