Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and lend experience to complex IFS projects, including new software implementations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Demonstrate significant knowledge of IFS applications and methodologies that support successful software projects.
- Facilitate client research and gather requirements.
- Define current and future processes and business requirements.
- Module configuration and defining data models.
- Testing, training, and implementation support.
- Execute project tasks and create deliverables such as executive presentations, functional and technical specification documentation, design documentation, process documentation, and business requirements.
- Assist client team members to meet goals and transfer knowledge to maintain implemented software solutions.
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service (ECS) to all client interactions and projects.
- Maintain current knowledge base in area of expertise through continuing education and participation in professional organizations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of IFS implementation experience as a consultant or on a client team is required.
- In-depth functional knowledge within the Supply Chain area of IFS.
- Understanding of an ERP project delivery methodology is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must be able to work non-standard and extended hours, based on project demand, and to travel overnight.
