Clinical Negligence Lawyer - Cardiff - 3+ Years PQE
Location: Cardiff
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)

A respected and well established law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join its specialist team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high value clinical negligence matters within a supportive, highly ranked and award winning department.

The Role

You will manage a varied and challenging caseload involving complex clinical negligence claims, including:

  • Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis
  • Spinal and brain injury cases
  • Surgical errors and incorrect treatment
  • Litigated matters and cases progressing to trial
  • Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to wider team development
  • Providing high quality client care with empathy and professionalism
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a technically strong lawyer who can demonstrate:

  • Experience handling clinical negligence claims, including litigated files
  • Strong analytical and case management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work with empathy and sensitivity
  • Confidence managing complex matters independently
  • Experience supervising or supporting junior team members
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
