NEC4 Project Manager
Job summary
A leading employer in project management in the United Kingdom is seeking a NEC4 Project Manager for a full-time temporary role. You will oversee the planning and management of funded highways projects, ensuring compliance with NEC4 contracts. The role requires strong stakeholder management and construction programming skills. Qualifications
- Experience in managing funded highways projects from inception to completion.

- Experience in producing and maintaining construction programmes.

NEC4 Project Manager needed in Oldham, £60ph PAYE - Reference: 000A 88A3 / 1
- Lead on the planning, programming, and project management of funded highways projects from inception to completion.
- Manage commercial and contractual obligations under NEC4 contracts (preferably Option B – Priced Bill of Quantities).
- Oversee and coordinate external contributors and stakeholders integral to project delivery.
- Produce and maintain construction programmes aligned with capital and funding requirements.
- Represent the Client in consultations, public meetings, and cross-departmental or external collaborations to ensure successful project outcomes.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
