Job summary
A recognized security services provider is recruiting a Security Officer for a manufacturing site in St Neots. The successful candidate will work a 42-hour contract, covering day and night shifts. Responsibilities include patrolling premises, dealing with security incidents, and conducting searches. Applicants should ideally hold a Security Guarding or Door Supervisor License and possess strong communication and customer service skills. - Meet and greet staff and visitors ensuring security protocols are adhered to.
- Conduct searches when required.
- Patrol the premises.

- Perform gatehouse and reception duties.
Skills
We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the G4S team, covering a manufacturing site in St Neots!
Pay Rate: £13.17 per hour. Hours: 42‑hour contract. Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off. Flexibility required Monday to Sunday, on a day and night shift rotation. SIA License: Security Guarding or Door Supervisor License.
- Meet and greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols

- Deal with security incidents
- Write incident reports
- Gatehouse duties
- Reception duties
- To be aged 18 or over
- Preferably hold a valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License
- Be a great communicator, verbally and written
- Have great customer service skills
- Be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office platforms
