An educational organization in the UK is seeking a Behaviour & Learning Mentor to support students needing help with behaviour and confidence. The role involves one-on-one support, working with teams, and celebrating student progress. Ideal candidates should have experience with young people and a belief in student potential. This position is full-time and temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent later. All applicants will undergo safeguarding checks and require the necessary qualifications.

- Support students 1:1 or in small groups.
- Help students manage routines and stay focused.
