Overview

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about shaping business success through strategic hiring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding the unique needs of a business and translating them into impactful talent strategies. You'll be a trusted advisor connecting exceptional people with meaningful career opportunities while ensuring every hire contributes to the company’s growth and culture. Your responsibilities will include :
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context
  • Source candidates creatively using referrals job boards and networking
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8 requisitions simultaneously
  • Contribute to employer branding university programs and referral initiatives
  • Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis
