Our F45 family is looking to grow our sales team. If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player, this might be the perfect role for you. We are seeking a superstar sales professional with an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios. The ideal candidate feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness enthusiast, has strong customer service skills, and is a self-driven salesperson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets for membership sales/renewals, maximize workout traffic, and maintain high customer service levels
• Build strong relationships with members, corporate, and local businesses
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Collaborate with studio managers
• Develop strategies to increase daily lead flow
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Promote client referral programs
• Attend all sales and training meetings

Qualifications:

• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Positive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with anyone
• Comfortable learning new software such as MindBody and Loyalsnap

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
