Summary

EdUnity is looking for a competitive and driven talent to join EdUnity’s ‘Business and Marketing Kickstart Program’. The successful candidate will learn about the processes of business development and sales, as well as marketing in a technologically focused SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) startup. The candidate will also benefit from mentorship and ongoing support to improve long-term employability and skills.

Description

The opportunity is an entry-level position as a Junior Sales Associate, ideal for individuals seeking a future career in a sales-focused role. The employee will work alongside the team to develop new sales opportunities including through the use of campaigns and targeting potential clients. The role will cover all phases of the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal. Training related to best practices, sales approaches and how to use relevant software will be provided. The company is a small team, ensuring the employee will be able to work and learn collaboratively with the founders. The role will be home-working with no requirement to attend a work location during the employment period.

Requirements

The employee should be fluent in English with good verbal and written skills. Training on how to use appropriate software will be provided, however, a good grasp of technologies and the ability to develop an understanding of new platforms will be advantageous.

Remuneration

The program will pay £6.45 GBP per hour with twenty-five (25) hours a week for a six (6) month placement. This works out at £161.25 GBP a week (£640.00 GBP a month) or £3,870.00 GBP across the program.

In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible for a commission on new accounts opened. An un-capped commission of 20.00% on new accounts will apply and will allow you to further your income. On-target earnings for this program are £5,670.00 GBP or £945 a month.

  • Resident in either England, Scotland or Wales
