TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. Established as a brand in 2006, TPS operates on an Agency Model, stocking and selling on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth in both revenue and the number of Centres nationwide.

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to meet the business and sales objectives of the Centre:

• Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers
• Identify parts accurately to meet customer requirements
• Utilize product promotions to meet specific targets
• Identify and leverage sales opportunities within the customer base
• Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs, responding promptly, and offering expert advice
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding credit status
• Support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and service delivery
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries within KPI guidelines
• Use systems properly for searching and ordering parts
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Process cash and credit card transactions according to TPS guidelines

• A self-starter with a successful track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
• Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
• A team player with drive and determination to meet individual and sales targets weekly and monthly
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
• IT literacy, preferably with MS Excel proficiency
