New Homes Sales Executive – North West (Floating Role)

Basic Salary: £25,750 – £29,250 + OTE

We are looking for a confident and driven New Homes Sales Executive to join our team in the North West. This is a full‑time floating position, providing support across multiple developments. In 2026, the successful candidate will transition to their own dedicated site, offering excellent long‑term career potential.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting multiple developments across the North West
  • Managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and progressing sales
  • Delivering outstanding customer service from first contact to completion
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company standards
  • Working collaboratively with site and regional teams
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience (property experience an advantage)
  • Full driving licence and access to your own car (essential for a floating role)
