About You:

A Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality, is self‑motivated and ready to drive the standard in customer care.

Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements

To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.

Onboarding and Induction

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role. You will then return to the induction academy during your first month for a further 3 days to complete your training.
