Job Title: Resource Base Teacher, Monday-Friday
Location: Melksham
Salary: Up to 210 per day

We are currently looking for a Resource Base Teacher to work full-time in a school within Melksham starting in January on a long-term assignment.
- Assess and track pupil progress through observations, records, and reports
- Work closely with parents and carers to support children's learning journeys
- Support social, emotional, and physical development by fostering positive relationships
- Incorporate creative activities such as art, music, and role play
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching
- Encourage literacy and numeracy skills through age-appropriate activities
- Promote independence and resilience in young learners
- You must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive and compassionate attitude towards students
- A valid right to work in the UK
