A global financial services company in London is seeking a candidate for a role in Syndicate Operations. The position involves supporting the Syndicate Desk and Banking Team, managing complex transactions, and ensuring quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have prior experience in a Middle Office Trade Support role, ideally within Equity Markets Operations. This role will be based in London supporting the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) which is part of Investment Banking. The role has close proximity to Syndicate Desk and Banking Teams working closely with each of the broader operational components that support the business front to back to ensure a seamless front to back process and service offering. Our Syndicate Operations groups are responsible for coordinating logistics surrounding deal pipeline spanning deal & account setup, Trade Management to ensure timely settlement.
