School Admin Assistant needed immediately to work until end of 2024! £90-£100 per day.

A welcoming community Primary School situated in Lambeth are looking for a School Admin Assistant to start ASAP – must have valid DBS, registered on the update service in place.

If you are an experienced School Admin Assistant with knowledge of SIMS and ParentPay, then please get in touch. Exceptional and personable candidates with administrative experience in other sectors can also be considered for the School Admin Assistant position if a valid DBS is in place.

School Admin Assistant job summary:

Contribute to the life and community of the school in all aspects.

The School Admin Assistant will communicate with parents regarding clubs/trips.

Welcoming visitors to the school in a professional manner.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time (for example, recording attendance, calling non-attenders, producing review documents etc.).

To ensure that the school operates in an efficient manner.

The candidate, most importantly, will have a positive nature, be hard-working and possess a good sense of humour – all necessary for working in schools!

Knowledge of SIMS and ParentPay desirable.

Applicants will have first-rate IT skills.

Pleasant phone manner and great written communication skills.

Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment preferred but not essential.

Must have valid DBS in place.
