A UK local authority is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Team. This dynamic role focuses on supporting individuals with learning disabilities and neurodivergent conditions, ensuring a person-centred approach under the Care Act. The ideal candidate will have completed their ASYE programme and possess strong understanding of legal frameworks in adult social care. The salary band for this role is £41,771 to £46,141. The starting salary is £41,771 with annual progression through the salary bands.
