Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage, and lead BTEC programmes or initiatives.
• Solid experience of working in and liaising with schools, colleges and educational stakeholders.
• Minimum Level 2 (UEFA C) Coaching Certificate in Football.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the BTEC programme by managing timetables and monitoring student attendance.
• Work closely with the Education Officer and partner colleges to align on goals and outcomes.
• Ensure CITC’s Safeguarding policy is embedded at the highest standard.
