- Supervise Adult Services, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of business objectives.
- Conduct effective appraisals and supervision, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and national Safeguarding Adults policies.
- Mentor team members, fostering high professional standards.
- Promote a strengths‑based model of self‑directed support to staff and service users.
- Manage work allocation and performance of selected staff.
- Be mindful of financial implications while supporting staff to maximise independence.
- Develop high standards of practice and maintain quality service delivery.
- Collaborate in a multi‑disciplinary approach with health and care partners in Hackney.
- Work closely with the Team Manager and Consultant Social Worker to balance priorities.
- Contribute to and develop Quality Assurance Frameworks focusing on Safeguarding.
