Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of children subject to Child in Need and Child Protection processes.
  • Undertake Section 47 enquiries and statutory assessments.
  • Identify risks and develop effective safeguarding plans.
  • Prepare reports and assessments for court proceedings.
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies.
