The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front – inspiring your care team to deliver exceptional care
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating bespoke care plans
- Providing strong clinical guidance and hands-on support across the home
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC and safeguarding policies
- Creating a safe, supportive environment where residents thrive
- Championing dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident
What You’ll Bring
- NMC Registered Nurse (active PIN)
- Proven experience managing a nursing home or similar care setting
- Leadership & Management in Care Level 4/5 – highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural leader with a supportive, can-do attitude
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
