The Store Manager is central to the operation, responsible for store sales, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence.

About The Role

If you are currently a Catering Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager seeking career progression, we want to hear from you!

You will be primarily responsible for the success of your store, including managing sales, costs, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff in line with Subway standards — lead by example!
• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Checking deliveries, matching orders, and handling daily banking
• Preparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets
• Managing cash, minimizing wastage
• Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelines
• Inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reports
• Analyzing sales and inventory reports to drive business improvements
• Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
• Implementing in-store marketing and promotional materials
• Following safety procedures to prevent injuries
• Providing a safe environment for staff and customers
• Encouraging high customer service standards among staff
• Handling escalated customer complaints
• Delivering excellent service and catering to customer needs
