Role overview
As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
You'll assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering and management, cash handling, and reporting. You will play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the store meets business objectives.
