We're recruiting a new permanent Quantity Surveyor for our client located near Wakefield. The company is an interior fit out contractor who specialise in retail fit out projects across the UK. They have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects across the sector for some leading retail clients. Many of these clients are large food retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Pets at Home etc…
The role of Quantity Surveyor is to provide commercial support on projects to ensure that it is procured, delivered within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project to meet its financial targets. You will have good communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships with both the supply chain and customers. This position will be based in the company's head office, but hybrid home working is available for 1-2 days a week.
