Job summary
A leading fashion agency is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth for mid-range womenswear. The role involves developing strong relationships with buyers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing account revenues. The successful candidate will have experience with womenswear lines and the ability to be present in Shoreditch five days a week. A competitive salary of £40,000 to £60,000 per annum is offered, along with a performance related bonus.

A successful Sales Manager should have:
- Experience working with womenswear lines
- Connections with buyers and independent boutiques
- Experience selling mid-range level brands (i.e. Isle Jacobsen, Baukjen)
- Able to be in Shoreditch 5 days a week
- A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to execute plans effectively
- A competitive salary of £40,000 to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Performance related bonus
