We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team at our Vodafone Aberdeen Bon Accord Partner store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, helping them achieve their potential. You will assist with back-office tasks such as managing holidays and rotas. Additionally, you will lead by example on the sales floor with enthusiasm and energy.

We seek individuals who are level-headed, mature, enthusiastic, energetic, and driven. The role can be demanding, requiring weekend and weekday availability. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most valuable brands.
