Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance across branches to ensure targets are met.
  • Manage P&L OPEX across branches for optimized financial performance.
  • Lead team development initiatives across branches for high performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Oversee stock management across branches and minimize excess inventory.
  • Drive colleague engagement through effective coaching and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of branch teams for development.
  • Facilitate cross-branch collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for each branch.
