Remote Solutions Specialist for Frontline Workforce
Job summary
A leading technology company is looking for a Solutions Specialist to configure their platform for customer needs. This role involves customer data management, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and training delivery. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn about the platform. The position allows for remote work and offers a competitive salary of £45K to £60K along with extensive benefits including flexible working arrangements and professional development budgets.

- Strong understanding of data flows and keen attention to detail.
- Proactive learner able to rapidly pick up new systems.
- Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, and ideally JSON or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and validation.
- Configure Sona based on solution designs using internal tools.
- Run user acceptance testing with customers and adjust configurations.
- Deliver customer training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Provide troubleshooting and final configurations before customer transition.
