Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data flows and keen attention to detail.
• Proactive learner able to rapidly pick up new systems.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, and ideally JSON or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and validation.
• Configure Sona based on solution designs using internal tools.
• Run user acceptance testing with customers and adjust configurations.
• Deliver customer training sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Provide troubleshooting and final configurations before customer transition.
