The role involves making outbound calls, advising customers on insurance needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Candidates should have experience in a target-driven sales environment, excellent listening skills, and a good understanding of GDPR. Qualifications
- Experience in a target-driven customer sales environment, ideally in a call centre.
- Good understanding of GDPR regulations.
- Ideally, experience in insurance or in an FCA regulated business.
Responsabilités
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and guide them in the sales process.
- Assess customers’ insurance needs and advise on appropriate products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support via phone and chat.
