Location:Thorpe Park,
Hours:Full time, part time, weekends & holidays
Contract Type: Permanent Variable (PVC), Full Time, 5 days per week
What will I do:
- Ensure all waste and recycling bins are maintained throughout the day.
- Contribute to the 3Rs of Waste Management Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
- Use of equipment such as compactors, balers, gators, jet washers, trailers.
- Take on the role of waste management DDM in the absence of the Assistant Manager.
- Take pride in the job role to improve the department and recycling across the park.
- Ensure all training has been completed on relevant tasks before participating.
- Follow the company values and health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct PPE is always worn when working.
An ideal candidate would :
- Experience in this role would be an advantage, but no qualifications are necessary
- Must be over 18 with a full driver’s license.
- Happy to work in all weathers with a positive outlook of recycling & sustainability.
- Ability to self manage and use initiative to prioritise tasks
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
