Job Description

The role reports to the Vice President, Finance, and is part of a team across London, Cork, and Madrid managing investments in Europe. The Manager, Treasury, will oversee monthly financial reporting, daily finance operations, and support the treasury functions for a portfolio structure in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on treasury, liquidity, and capital management operations
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, manage bank accounts, and ensure compliance with SOX
• Assist in fund flow preparation and oversee payments
• Handle IFRS accounting and reporting, including month-end close and transactions
• Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet, perform reconciliations
• Review quarterly IFRS reporting for group compliance
• Review financial and lending data from operating platforms
• Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate external audits
• Complete quarterly compliance certificates and lender reports
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Degree with 2:1 or higher
• 3-4 years post-qualified ACA/ACCA, preferably from top 10 firms, with relevant sector experience
• Experience in treasury, debt management, and compliance reporting is a plus
• Familiarity with OneStream and finance systems
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
